It’s quite clear that traditional academic systems cannot keep up with the growing shortage of tech talent and the need for AI-Ready and agile developers.

To bridge this gap, we’ve designed a new educational platform and pedagogy called 01Edu system, based on peer-to-peer learning and collective intelligence.

Developed by our cofounder Nicolas Sadirac and honed over 25 years of experience (EPITA, Epitech, web@cademie, 42), it brings all technical and soft skills that foster world-class developers with strong creativity, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.

Without requiring classes or teachers, this new model is faster and easier to implement than a traditional education. This gamified, results-oriented approach has enabled our educational model to expand worldwide.

The 01Curriculum is a 2-year peer-to-peer program designed to detect and transform talent into world-class full-stack developers. Ideal for cohorts of 100 to hundreds annually, it blends technical training with essential soft skills.

Two years to train top-tier AI-Ready full-stack developers:
